Alyssa brings over nine years of personal injury experience. She started at Coughlan Law, building a strong foundation in case management and client communication.
She later worked at Morgan & Morgan as a White Glove Case Consultant, handling high-volume cases while maintaining a high standard of care. That combination of volume and quality is what she brings to Edgett Hawk every day.
Intake, Onboarding, and Client Experience
Alyssa oversees the full intake and onboarding process — every potential client evaluated quickly, guided through their options, and transitioned to the legal team with no confusion. She manages document handling, communication consistency, and coordination with the legal team.
By the time an attorney touches a new file, the client already feels supported and confident.
